Ritchie Brown was appointed by former Governor Scott McCallum in the fall of 2002 but his nomination was withdrawn when Governor James Doyle assumed office in January of 2003.  Governor Doyle has formalized Mr. Brown’s appointment in September of 2003.  Mr. Brown is the Quality Improvement Compliance Officer for the Ho-Chunk Nation.
