Grant Title: HS Training Portal Project Service Agreement – WEM (2009)

Description: This grant will allow Wisconsin Emergency Management to purchase the service contract for training portal software that will assist with the tracking and reporting of homeland security related training and exercising for responders in Wisconsin.

Anticipated Funding Amount: One grant will be issued to WEM for this project in the amount of $15,000.

Eligibility: Wisconsin Emergency Management

Eligible Expenses: All expenses must be new and cannot replace existing state or local government funding. Substitution of existing funds with federal grants (supplanting) will be the subject of monitoring and audit. Violations may result in a range of penalties, including suspension of current and future funds under this program, suspension or debarment from federal grants, repayment of monies provided under a grant, and civil and/or criminal penalties.

Funding may be used for the training portal software, tech support not to exceed the end of the grant period, and custom tool development all not to exceed $15,000.
